this company was supposed to shed the "E" this week....as we all know it did not....they currently are building homes in St. Kitts overlooking a golf course and the Atlantic Ocean...i believe 32 homes are being built...selling the homes for $300K cash on the barrel head...or so they say...they also want to get involved with lending money to homeowners in the Caribbean....are they nuts?????...the way hurricanes roll over these islands every year, it's only a matter of time before the homes are battered and destroyed...insurance companies are shying away from taking on the risk in these areas and when they do they impose a very high windstorm deductible, usually a percentage of the policy....risk level here imo is quite high as one must hope that the homes can be built and sold prior to carnage from a hurricane...also, any portfolio they may have for lending cash to build homes in these areas should be kept to a minimum.....

does this recently purchased shell have any other business plans? they are debt free...but the plan they have from my point of view needs some diversification and fast... understand it's only a nickle...but would like to see that nickle grow...
