When the deal was announced LNUX had closed @ 136 7/8 the day before giving you 58.17/ANDN share. At today's close on LNUX we've got 53.13/. I really can't comprehend the 10+ point difference that ANDN is trading at. A point or two I could see but not 10. The market is currently betting that LNUX goes down to 100.
