DEAR KG4: I presume you have checked to see if you have the latest available access numbers. If not, please do so. As for the tech support, I agree with you, seems to me to be a bunch of amatuers who volunteer or something and they have a few ideas, if that doesnt work they give up. I dont get a sense that they really are technically qualified. When I get my new computer I am going to try another service and just keep existing computer on AOL until I see how the other one works out. Then I will make my decision. JDN
