Tim: one other thing i forgot to mention...in june the company had been working on a partner for building a hotel/resort in the Dominican Republic...never heard about the completion of the deal or the cancelation of the same....FWIW...i know several people who went to a resort in the DR recently and they say they would never go back...afraid to go off the resort and were continually harrassed by beggars and pan handlers....whether or not the "E" was supposed to come off or not, they were supposed to file....having only 4 employees probably makes that filing job and PR work practically impossible. rfb
