You have certainly discussed all the negative factors involved. But there are some positves too.

1. The CEO either is or was a respected Canadian College Professor (whose subject was public relations by the way--perfect fit to what he is doing here). In other words, he has a reputation to maintain.

2. REal money has already been transferred to the Software company--about half the agreed price. The rest will probably come from investors as they buy the stock.

3. There is nothing wrong with promotion itself if that is your expertise and you are not knowingly running a scam. Wy waste time running something you know nothing about it? Yes, they are just "flipping" (a real estate term for buying a property and turning right around and selling it) the software company, but so what? IF IF IF the product does what is alleged to be able to do would you not agree it is a candidate for flipping? Possibly to Allaire itself.

Anyway, the truth of this will probably soon surface one way or another as there is a test of this product scheduled for this month with an independent testing agency that is well respected in the business---or so I've been told by a Canadian analyst who follows Canadian small cap techs and has had some real winners.

As long you go into PRTI with your eyes open--pump n dump vs. big upside potential whats the harm?
