I don't see why the deal wouldn't go through. I'm not particularly interested in the LNUX shares myself, but I would like full value for my ANDN shares. I just can't understand why anyone would be selling ANDN at these levels. Maybe it's just daytraders getting out from the pop on Wed. I guess I'll give it a couple of more days.
