Took a small stake last week. If this lockup expires with little downside I will increase my position. Here is what has influenced me to buy:

- Like several other companies with lockup expirations or a secondary on the horizon (LQID's MSFT announcement comes to mind), I think PCLN has got a couple of big ones in the muzzle ready to fire off soon after the lockup expires.
- A month or so ago (at about $50/share), Cramer on TheStreet.com had some really good things to say about PCLN. His statements were along the same lines of comments he made about AOL before it started its run from the 80s to 180 and split.
- Seems like PCLN has a lot of support from several fund managers and analysts. Of course this could be an effort to up the price to allow them to unload their holdings. In this case, I believe them.
- I have a stop set in at $49. If we break that level, I see us taking an etoys and Value America type ride.
