Interesting thread. The arguing here is perfectly symbolic of the NY attitude. :)

Never lived in NYC, on LI all my life(north shore) which I definately feel is the greatest place to live. Nice homes, good schools, lots of action, without the tremendous crowding of NYC. And Penn Station is an hour train ride when you want to enjoy everything Manhattan has to offer.

And the Mets are going all the way this year :)
