>>IphysicianNet just filed for an IPO<<

Good Morning Olga!

I will just have a short time to post this, as I have to hurry to catch a plane. My wife and I are heading to Maui for a couple of weeks. So, I won't be posting for awhile. I am going to miss it terribly <ggg>.

Before I go, I did want to tell you about an excerpt from an interesting article Robert Cringely recently wrote for Worth Online about the Venture Capital market. (Sorry, I don't have a link for it).

In the article he stated . . .

". . . the Securities and Exchange Commission has just begun allowing stock brokerages such as Charles Schwab and DLJdirect to begin broadcasting IPO road shows - sales pitches by company CEOs just prior to their initial stock offerings - over the Internet to their top individual investors. But the real profits aren't made from the company IPOs. They come from the earlier rounds of venture funding."

Yup, I'm convinced! iTech's access to the deal flows from Argentum and MF Capital will ensure them a competitive advantage over the rest of the new VC group who don't have the friends that they / we do. As a result, iTech will continue to get into the best deals during the first 'Seed Money' rounds, and the others will have to stand in line behind the rest of the big boys who want a piece.

The story is just starting, and I am confident it will prove to be a great one!
