And it reminded me of a true story...from the archives of court-room
dramas. It goes like this:

A witness was testifying (for the defense) to the a fight he had seen outside a bar early one morning. He swore up and down that he had seen the perp. bite off the ear of the plaintiff. The defense attorney just knew this couldn't be because of the darkness, the hovering crowd, and such close contact between the victim and the perp. So he pressed on with line of questioning hoping to trip the guy up.

He was beginning to make some headway until he asked...:"OK Mr. Johnson, you say it was dark, you say the crowd closed in on them, and you also say they were so close in their grasp of each other, that no one could even pry them apart....so now tell me "How do you know Mr. McGillicutty bit the ear of Mr. Mooney?" The witness cleared his throat and said.."Because I saw him spit it out...and it landed on my shoe".

A lawyers creed...in court room preparation!
Never ask a question when you do not aready know the answer .

Have a good day
Shalom...><>
