Interesting history, to say the least. TSC, a long distance agent in Florida, had some legal problems over an agent switching customers' long distance carrier without their permission, so they filed for bankruptcy protection in 1998. In 1999, it looks like some kind of shell was used to go public and name change to CyberSentry. But it didn't start trading OTC until Jan/00 (??). Now they have a license to sell/develop digital rights mgmt software. Still looking on this one ...
