Speaking of Wildfire:

>>Wildfire and iPaq are going to enable Compaq to eat Dell's lunch. <<

I do not totally understand Wildfire, so far it appears to fall in the "vaporware" or "wheat from the Ukraine" category. And apparently there is some tremendous gestation period required because Compaq decided to close the factory that was going to produce the hardware. It is confusing, the deal was made by Compaq before the Dec acquisition to go with Proliant servers which were presumably made in Texas or California. Wildfire software has been on the market for a number of years...whats the big deal?
