If you look at what happened on January 31, you will see several significant blocks crossed ranging from 20k to 82.5k (that last one had a price approaching $500,000). I believe that the majority if not all of the shares sold to St. Annes are destined for Institutions. Remember that the timing of the conversion of these shares is completely up to BDE management. St. Annes can not expect to push the stock down and convert at their discretion. With $1.5 mill received from Packard Bell, BDE is sitting on at least $2.4 mill in cash and almost no debt.

Although BDE has used equity investments to fuel their growth that should be changing. In December, BDE's products were producing 20 mill ad impressions/month - and that should be up to about 40 mill/month. Once AOL starts to promote Time Warner's Entertaindom that should easily move to over 100 mill (the CEO believes they can attain 200 mill). That would be about $3 mill in revenues/month.

There might be a brief drop after upcoming earnings (most of the ad revenues have just begun in the last month), but I will be buying a bunch more if there is. Watch for a nationwide contest by Time Warner working with BDE. The winners get their faces and bodies scanned and added to the next Kiss and Superman Multipath Movies.

Hope you got a good look at the Forbes article. Pay attention to what the head of Time Warner online says about their technology.

Also note that Time Warner has set up a $500 mill equity investment fund, and they have already started investing in companies working with them on Entertaindom.

I have a 6 month target of $20. It might get their more quickly after the attention they get from the release by Kiss. Check out SLEE as a comparison (they have moved from 3 to 21 based on their expected release on Feb 29 - despite inferior technology and lack of revenues).
