Captain, No that will not affect your allocation. Didn't mean to confuse you. I was trying to tell HiSpeed that 100 shares is the basic increment to request (100 shares, 200 shares, 500 shares, etc.). Based on the number of shares available FBR is supposed allocate 100 shares to each COB on the first pass. If there are any shares remaining then they make another pass and allocate another 100 shares to those accounts that asked for more. The process is repeated until they run out of shares. Of course if they have 100K shares to allocate and they have 2,500 individual COB's then only 1,000 COB's are going to get 100 shares each.

The only exception to this that I've experienced was when I asked for 100 shares of RHAT and received 50. I never did get an explanation of how they decided on 50 shares for this one.
