Hi Scott,

Arris Interactive is a joint venture that was established a number
of years ago by Nortel and Antec. Arris focuses on broadband cable
and other areas. Cornerstone Voice is one of their products which
is widely deployed as the circuit switched voice over cable system.
I think that AT&T is even deploying this right now and will until
PacketCable comes available. This older link describes a little
