Hi Duncan! OK, still within limits, but it will likely lower my estimate of the disk contribution to revenues and increase my estimate of the drive revenues. Shouldn't make a difference to the near term bottom line. Makes a bigger difference the further out you project. I don't want to say what this implies as far as actual numbers until I hear back from Guy. I don't want to bias his estimate of revenue per drive. In any case, I'll post my numbers (AND my approach) tonight or tomorrow. -- Fernando P.S. What do you know about Costco? Can we consider them a distributor as far as markup is concerned? In otherwords, do they get their disks directly from IOMEGA? Any possibility this is a one-time deal?
