OK, still within limits, but it will likely lower my estimate of the disk contribution to revenues and increase my estimate of the drive revenues. Shouldn't make a difference to the near term bottom line. Makes a bigger difference the further out you project. I don't want to say what this implies as far as actual numbers until I hear back from Guy. I don't want to bias his estimate of revenue per drive. In any case, I'll post my numbers (AND my approach) tonight or tomorrow.

P.S. What do you know about Costco? Can we consider them a distributor as far as markup is concerned? In otherwords, do they get their disks directly from IOMEGA? Any possibility this is a one-time deal?
