Re: ONSSW

ONSSW warrant terms are 1:1, 6.00, exp. mid-2001, and are callable when the underlying stock trades for 7.00 for 10 days. Now, suppose that ONSS continues to rise in price over the next month or two and peaks at, say, 5 7/8. In that event, the warrants would not be callable and would have no intrinsic value. My question to anyone who understands warrant pricing is: what would the premium value of the warrants be at that juncture? In other words, what is the likely maximum market price of the warrants assuming they are never called?

(One reason I'm confused is that when ONSS was selling for about 3.00 in 1998, ONSSW was only about 50 cents. Now it's there again but the warrants are near a buck, which makes no sense considering the eroded time value.)
