IATV is in our Broadband 5.0 Portfolio because of the deals you mention. . . but I am a bit concerned about Microsoft's push to force Windows CE into set-top boxes at any expense. I do agree, however, that IATV is the one to own for a set-top box software play. . .or in a basket of set-top box makers. Good work on clarifying IATV in a nutshell. . . . thanks much. Rande Is
