As for Schoeppl, not only did he get a copy of the Equifax report with your name attached to 4 others on one ss#, he also got the Umbria address in Milano , the Elk Grove address in Calif & you atty's address in Calif. . Thursday 1/20: …Everything was/is exactly as I said… The process server completed his part the process last Friday, as I said, summons & subpoenas. Monday was a holiday. Tuesday the atty didn't get out of court until 5PM. Saturday 1/22: …the defamation case was researched & prepared by a research atty. @ Josh Landish's firm. It was , as I posted, sent via courier to the process server, who prepared subpoenas & summons. Next Qualey, the filing atty signed off on it. There was a delay in that because of Qualey's busy schedule in Carson City. The stamped copy will be available Monday I am told & I was also told I would be able to post it Monday or tuesday.
