I just wanted to report on the two meetings I attended recently. One at corporate headquarters in Draper and the other was last evening at the Salt Palace in SLC. So many people showed up to the meeting at headquaters that they had to spilt it into two sessions with about 300 people in each session with standing room only. We heard from most of the principles who explained the unique position they are in with their patent pending technlology and their novel approach to the communications industry. Their goal is not to be just another 2nd tier telephonce company or a excess capacity reseller it is to become a sigificant player in the communictions industry. (not just TELEcommunictions). I am still doing my DD regarding the structure of the copany as an invenstment. However I am very impressed with the management, their experience and the team they have assembled to do the marketing.

The public rollout last evening in SLC was also very well attended they had rented a room in the Salt Palace that seated about 750 people with two meetings scheduled, one at 7:00 pm and another at 9:00 pm. People began queing up at 2:00 pm and by 4:30 pm there were over 1,000 people so they decided to start at 5:00 pm. They ended up having three sessions due to the number of people who came.

I am sure you will see a rise in the stock price at least for the short term. During the Q & A period several people asked about purchasing stock. Everyone at the meetings now knows that it is a publicly traded company on the NASDAQ.

BYW the Mayor was there for first session to welcome everyone. There were people from all over the country who attended. The keynote address was given by the editor of UPLINE Magazine. If you are interested in any of the matierals e-mail me your fax number and I will send it to you.
