I have thought about it, but the premiums are not worth it. I have the same opinion about MSFT and NT. I like the stocks but the options don't excite me. I think CSCO is a core holding and have no intention to sell. The puts pay so little it seems to be a waste of time IMHO. The plays just seem too tight. Anyone else have any thoughts. I have looked several times at CSCO, NT, and MSFT with the same thoughts each time I look at the spreads. Is the only play LEAPS with special attention to purchase if there is a major market non-stock specific meltdown?? (temporary bad market condition unrelated to the fundamental of the stock in question). I haven't done options on these and don't plan to.
