I think we all are smiling now--I did a little
whining from time to time about how much I might
have made if I'd done things a little differently,
but I could just as easily have gone all cash when
my target was reached. Instead my target for the
year was reached and exceeded--and having hunkered
down in what I expect will be solid longer term
plays (and maybe short term as well <g>) I really
cant see myself getting stopped out or anything.

So, a few regrets, but no complaints. I had toyed
with showing up at the Ariad annual meeting, but
all that is in TGEN and GZMO now, nothing bad to
say about aria of course, all that chemical genetics
stuff is truly dazzling, but I cant follow what
scott j, pseudo and bio are chatting about over there
anymore...time to let that one go, I did well enough.

My game is sorta looking at marketcaps, tgen should
probably have a greater capitalization than aria, and
probably avgn (probably less risky too) so now I hunker
down in there.

I try to look at my positions from the standpoint of
how much I could lose--so I own genxy instead of crgn,
etc etc.

If I'd done just a little better last year I could have
boasted 3x in each of these last three years--was going
to start a thread called Trifecta, and then proceed to
lose it all daytrading Amazon.com, heheh.

Just a few weeks til the baby is due, have been boxing
up my piles and piles of biotech stuff to clear up some
space :-) For the rest of the year, no real goals, looking
forward to the tgen annual here in Seattle, toyed with
quitting my job, and going back to school, I may give
that some serious thought, though certainly don't have
enough to drop out of the work force. I like to joke around
here at work about buying a Yurt and living off potatoes
and government cheese--I do have enough for that, heheh.

It is very strange, but I feel the urge to trade draining
right out of me--I keep looking at the yard and thinking
about planting primroses and pansies!
