I went to the St. Louis store on St. Charles Rock Road today to buy two PC's. I was literally pushed so hard to buy the service plan that I had to walk out, with equipment on the cart, to avoid the hard sell. When I turned around at the exit and requested the manager, I soon learned they 'teach' these tactics. Had to go to Best Buy for a better deal and much better service. Sorry.... Cooters
