My SHELL pick for 2000 inside:)
Looks like FG is putting it out, so I might as well follow... about a week ago, I was contacted from two different sources about this stock. One that it was a potential RM; and two that they'd just filed their 10sb form.
Read their 10sb at freeedgar, under Telco Technology Inc. It reads like a dream to anyone that dreams about the next INVT or YNOT. I've already put into contact the contact of TTXI with a possible fill, and I'm sure this post will alert other potential "fills" out there that would like to have such a strong follwing in the shell that they reverse merger into, so this is a very attractive situation to invest in, with the possibilty of large, +1000% returns down the road.
++There is not going to be a Reverse Split, the purpose for the RM will be to increase shareholder value, and they are looking for specifically an internet or telecom fill (I verified all of this with the contact).
++O/S is about 8.9 million (authorized is 15 million, 2 million of which is for preferred shares--contact told me the authorized could be upped easily).
++Float is 3.7 (but the contact told me it really is about 1 million that are "out there."
++Totally clean shell:)
++Price right now is .25/.31, not cheap I admit (I loaded up at .16 and mentioned this here when it was at .25-.30 on the ask.
++(TTXI): some statistics from 10SB... Assets: $217K, Liabilities: 18K, Carry forward losses: +$2 Million
Rec: I would say to get a few thousand at least under .50, I think this shell is as valuable as PCES, and that has traded at nearly $1.
Target: probably 3 months out, I like FG's take:
"As with just about any clean and reporting shell that finds a promising private company to merge with, initial target is about $4.00 to $5.00... Check INVT and FRLK (ex-YNOT) to get an idea... JMHO, F. Goelo + + + ""
(Voluntary Disclosure: Position- Long; ST Rating- Hold; LT Rating- Strong Buy)
