Hi, drakes.

The voluntary tender offer is usually nothing but a granted free call option. Another good example was NAVR where a voluntary tender for around $10/shr has been advertised a time back

But that did not help the stock, in fact, it quickly fell below that price. As far as I know, shares have not been tendered to date.
