The overall benifit to Schwab customers is nill at this point. CyBerCorp will continue to operate as a whole business unit. Schwab saw that they were losing their active traders plus that they didn't have a system nor could they develop an active trading system in time to support the market place.

In this case time has more value than dollars since some of the other big brokerages are bringing their trading systems on-line. To develop an active trading system from scratch takes years. That's why buying one was cheaper to their overall goals.

So, if your going to buy one you might as well buy one of the best.

Regards,
Gregg
