Robin - I think your guess is as good as mine. I have been hearing how the price of silver is going to drop because of a decrease in use in photography for at least six years and as other than a rumor, it hasn't - so I can't claim any ability to predict. I just included the article as a possible reason why the Japanese might not be buying.
