You are right on the mark with this problem. None of my billers are on Ckfr now, and the only bill I get electronically is through Transpoint.This is the flaw everyone has been discussing -- not enough ebillers b/c not enough ebill customers. I don't know the answer, but it is clear that ckfr has slowed up in adding billers. There have been no significant announcements in months.
You have lost me on the Smartpay stuff -- what is that?
