Thanks for the link, Diana. As a result of Japan's ongoing problems, the Japan mutual funds appear to have acknowledged their problems and have already been underperforming after their tremendous runup in '99.

Globally tho, the Euro and Global/Int'l funds appear to be on the comeback - at least for the last 3 mos.

I understand that Greenspan thinks that flooding the economy with money supply, at our expense, will ignite the rest of the world into buying.

Only time will tell. However, perception is all that matters.
