Digger: Bonds are a buy now if you view Greenspan as on top of the inflation issue. I believe the Greenman we will give us a recession before he gives us inflation. If you don't believe this, then bonds are not for you. And once the economy starts to slow, longer term bonds should rally even in the face of higher short term rates from the Greenman. The market discounts the future. Timing is always an issue.
