I have looked at some reloading books, Lyman.. that you need a gazillion componets to make a load and Winchester that has a nice book. I like the AA hull which will take 6 reloadings and have a load for you. Here's the obligitory stuff. Each reloading will be slower as the crimp will wear. Get a Mec screw down charge bar as the drop in cups are worth as much as a politicians word. Then measure the dropped charge. Shot and powder density changes the readings. Like I gotta tell you that.

Whoakay. AA case, WW 209 primer, 24.5 grains of Winchester 571, Remington RP20 wad, 1 1/8 shot, LUP 10200. Velocity 1175, which is a little hot for trap that has a max of 1100 fps so you could drop the powder back a squidge. Should be smoother than a young girl's ass.
