Maybe the float is more of a secret than I think, but I'm far from the most diligent researcher and I read about the lock-up going off before I purchased my PCLN stock. I also read where, in the opinion of at least some analysts, they don't expect it to be an issue. My own guess is that it will likely depend on how confident that insiders are about the future of the company. If it looks as good to them as it does to me, they may hang on to the bulk of their shares. If not, as you said, look out below... The interesting thing about this speculation is that we'll know in a few hours...
