The question of exactly when to buy a stock that is already more than a ten bagger over the last year is a difficult call. There is a sense of unreality to an idea that we could be looking at another triple for the year 2000, but many people view the Lehman target of 400,000 yen ($3700) as being pretty modest.

Several of us (not me <G>) attempted to trade Softbank after a quick runup. Some people got burned and had to buy back in at a higher price than they had just sold for. Most of us are resigned to just sitting and holding into the forseeable future. I'll bet that you have already seen a runup from the time you first considered investing in Softbank. You are waiting for the pullback. Timing Softbank has been more difficult than the usual attempts at timing and most people say that it is impossible to successfully consistantly time your in and outs and make a profit.

I guess the upshot of all this is to just jump in when you have the available funds <G>. Sorry that I can't be more help.
