It describes clinical trials as pre-pivotal for safety (Phase I) and effectiveness (Phase II). These are followed by a pivotal trial (Phase III).

I guess you've answered my question about management. If they are letting their stockholders think they are around the corner from approval I don't want to have anything to do with them.
