I didn't hear the entire presentation. However, I heard a very enthusiastic Tepper talk about his commitment to put USAB in the top ranks of online banks. He mentioned that USAB would become accessible for Spanish-speaking customers (and other partial-English speakers) and that the company might look for some opportunities in Britain. After hearing him on three separate occasions, I am impressed with Tepper's intelligence, energy, dedication, and integrity.
