Regarding luenon: lumenon.com I would like to hear a little more on the patents that these people have. I agree that if Cisco is watching it, there must be something there. However, as you can see by the stock price, speculation started dying off in mid december and the stock dropped over 60% from 40 to 15 (It has recovered some now). The descriptions say they are building integrated optical devices in the form of compact hybrid glass circuts on silicon chips. I guess that means they are bringing fiber optics to the ICs.
