Amein, pre-opening NAZII generally doesn't mean anything because premarkets are so illiquid.

The size (say, 10 x 3) indicates 1,000 shares bid for at the quoted price and 300 shares offered at the quoted price.

The Naz II feature is generally useful to give you an indication of the depth of the market on the bid size and offer size, once the market is open, and who is bidding.
