businesses worldwide, today announced its acquisition of YourDay.com,
a subsidiary of SenseNet, Inc. YourDay.com is a leading online
calendar and scheduling system that seamlessly integrates Palm
Personal Digital Assistants (PDA's), telephones and the Internet.
YourDay.com is designed to make everyday scheduling easier for
users by centralizing their calendar and schedules. Users are able to
access their information on the Internet at www.yourday.com, over the
phone at 1-800-YOURDAY or with their Palm PDA's by using a
synchronization tool for fast response and easy transfer of data.
YourDay.com also uses an advanced voice response system that allows
users to receive wake-up and reminder phone calls. YourDay.com will be
integrated into deltathree.com's existing product offerings that
currently include PC-to-phone calling; D3 Box, a unified messaging
service; Click IT(TM), an e-commerce tool; phone-to-phone calling; and
global roaming access.
deltathree.com has also entered into a service agreement with
SenseNet, Inc. a leading provider of next generation business tools.
As part of this agreement, deltathree.com will develop an IP Telephony
module for use with SenseNet II, a web-based intranet application that
provides complete workflow management capabilities such as individual
and group calendars, project management, enterprise-wide document
sharing and contact management.
