Spike in price and volume is related to two things really: Bank deal with the Federal Reserve with revenue up to 10X that of INS. Another new big contract with the INS? or similar. This should be announced (we can hope). Hot sector, good deals, increased earnings. I expect $15 by year-end. Watch for news this morning - meeting is tomorrow.
