DENVER and SICILY, Italy, Feb. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- J.D. Edwards & Company (Nasdaq: JDEC) and Siebel Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: SEBL) today announced an expanded strategic alliance. J.D. Edwards now offers the full suite of eBusiness Applications from Siebel Systems. The integrated offering is available today giving customers more immediate return on investment though increased revenue and improved customer satisfaction.
In April of 1999, J.D. Edwards became the first worldwide reseller of Siebel's market leading eBusiness Applications, to extend and enhance the customer-centric supply chain capabilities of its OneWorld(TM) software suite. The partnership forms a cornerstone of J.D. Edwards' Active CRM solution, part of J.D. Edwards' uniquely customizable e-business offering.
