Next step. Warehouses should be rented to AMES suppliers for just in time restocking the 460 stores. This will enable smooth dotcom implementation of Walmart type e-commerce. This will also provide limited upscaling products for the stores. Suppliers can stock their complete inventories in AMES warehouse. Limit upscaling is the spice of life in retailing. It changes displays , and provides price points to the bottom line. It also attracts customers to come back each week to see what AMES had brought into their stores. Unadvertized specials will be available every week!
