Final step.

Dotcom e-commerce will be delivered in each AMES store. Website shopping is coming of age. After studying many websites, AMES's entry will be relatively easy. Dotcom can sell different products than stores. They should be run differently, outsourcing the product handling to AMES stores. Dotcom should be incorporated separately and watch out for "alter ego" problems with sub contractor AMES stores. Dotcom stock should be spun off partially to the present stockholders. Financial planning of both AMES and its dotcom should appreciate each other.

Target dotcom business revenue to be 15% of AMES stores. Internet dotcom business comes from TV advertizement and internet free news releases, not stores.
