Regarding VLSI of GaAs with Si circuits, it is my understanding that Vitesse is doing some of this already. Of course, its stock is not exactly cheap, but do you have any opinion of this company? BTW, Marie said that VG is now a sub of giant Thermo Electron. But I believe that this particular TMO affiliate, which encompasses other properties as well, is now trading seperately under the name Thermo Optek.
