LU just bought ORTL for $2.8B, the fiber space is getting hotter. Is it absolutely impossible for SPLI to be bought knowing TMO owns 80% of SPLI? Everything is possible these days but I still wonder how much hurdle TMO presents to SPLI's shareholders. The recent downturn of SPLI is all because of TMO's dazzling spin-in, spin-off reorganization.
