I see a third option. We target both posters and recipients. I like the concept of dealing with a problem poster lightly, and with humor. I also like the concept of offering the recipient some options. Perhaps we could identify potential situations here on this thread, then blitz both the sender and receiver at the same time...and let them "duke it out".
