45Mbps is typical for much of the backbone, but it is being upgraded by a number of backbone providers. MCI has 155Mbps OC-3 circuits in a number of cities and they are upgrading to 622Mbps 0C-12 links. The growth is explosive! Sure makes me wonder how long the Network companies can stay in the toilet...Yeah that guy from ROK is a real (mental) case!
