Okay....here is a moment of truth. Investor Relations informed me that they will be filing with the SEC this week and will announce so. When an OTCBB company says this and then doesn't file it is usually a red flag that something is not right. I am holding QTEK but they have to file shortly or fall into the Pink Sheets. I see no reason at all why they can't produce audited financials if they are truly on the up and up. If they do not file by 2/11, I am outtahere...been burned before by non-reporting companies who claimed they were filing.
