Mark - A couple points on Zeev's projections:
-First, I can't recall his ever having made a statement that something will happen; only that his reading of the stock's trading actions indicate a likelihood of its occurring. You might view that as a CYA tactic, but I take it as a realistic assessment of the future. His caveats simply point out legitimate issues that have to be considered. I'd say that he may not always be right, but he's never wrong.

-Second, he's never claimed that his projections will be 100% accurate. In fact, I think he gives himself about a 60% accuracy rate, which I'd bet is low. Though high enough to be very successful in trading.

-Third, I read the posts you cited, and really can't find anything to disagree with in them. In fact, in the first one, he says If everything still looks good, VLNC could be an excellent candidate for a year end rally and particularly price appreciation in the first few weeks of next year.

And finally, I think Zeev would be the first to say that no one should make a decision solely based on what his projections are. But they are a valuable contribution to determining when to buy and when to sell.
