SnapManager is big news! Large users of Exchange live in fear of outages and have great difficulty creating backups and giving good service at the same time. NetApp recognized this market in 1996, but found major technical issues in supporting Exchange servers. They poured considerable resource into solving these problems and now we have the product. Another link in the value chain and a whole new marketplace for filers. The news about IBM is good, too.
