DELT1970, looks like SNRS is still inching it's way to FDA approval. I would hope they will be able to ship product within 30 days of approval. No on the fees. Visx is running into a little trouble with respect to the Nidek entry and LASE stopping negotiation on royalty payments. But the Pillar Point patents being questioned in this regard are in no way connected to the Sand patents for LTK, owned by Sunrise. Joe
